Professional roof racks system designed for commercial vehicles.
An extremely versatile system that fits almost all cargo needs simply and safely.
This system is composed by a total of 10 references: 6 fixing kits and 4 profile kits. These 10 references can suit almost all of the commercial vehicles of nowadays.
This rack system is made by 2 components, to be chosen from the application list (available in the download area).
– Fix kit: the part that fixes the rack system to the vehicle. It’s made of four components: a universal base, a stell barcket, an inner protection cover and an outher cover (antitheft lock available as optional). Thanks to its innovative design, it is possible to change the angle and the height of each bar, thus allowing a safe cargo of any kind of load. There’s a total of 6 fixing kits, that suits almost all the recent and less recent vans.
– Profile kit: silver aluminium profile, with three T-System slots to grant the utmost flexibility and anti-whistle rubber gasket. It is possible to combine several accessories to be used toghether or separately (T-System screws available as optional).
Fuor lenghts available, according to the vehicle compatibility: M, L, XL and XXL.
Each roof bar can carry up to 50kg, so a pair of bars can carry 100kg. Depending on the vehicle, up to 6 bars can be installed. The maximum carrying capacity is 150kg, regardless of the number of installed bars (if three or more).
Each bar is sold separately, not in pairs.
For correctly understand the application list, start with finding the chosen vehicle. Check if the vehicle is present and compatible with this system. If so, you’ll be able to see the right lenght and fix kit for the van. In the fixing kit section is it possible to see how many fixing point the van has, and where they’re located. Please note that a van could have different fixing point depending on the position of them: this means that you might need different fixing kits for installing all the availabe roof bars. It’s not necessary to install all the availabe roof bars: if a van has 4 fixing points (the maximum is 6), you can install just 2 roof bars.
