  • Alcohol level 0.5 g/L to 0.8 g/L
    ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR ALL DRIVERS
  • Alcohol level 0,8 g/L to 1,5 g/L
    OFFENCE     – FINE AND HEAVY ACCOMPANYING PENALTIES FOR ALL DRIVERS
  • Alcohol level GREATER than 1.5 g/L
    OFFENCE     – FINE AND MAXIMUM ACCESSORY SANCTIONS FOR ALL DRIVERS
